This is a thematic study – similar to a dissertation except this one requires secondary academic research and is a 5,000 words essay. You only have to complete from where I left off. This essay is about how HR analytics are making a difference to the HR function, how’s managers managing managing by analytics. To be precise, continue from the “illustrative company example section.” On this section, you need to give examples of three companies that use HR analytics and how its impacts them in terms of results relating to organisation effectiveness. 300 words max for this section (that means 100 words each for each company example). Next section is the discussion, first you need to you need to discuss your ideas on the literature review, including critical arguments against framework such as discuss the strengths and the weaknesses. 750 words max Secondly, after you did that you need to look at case studies from leading vendors like IBM, Oracle, Saf, Microsoft, Spotfire, Tableu, among various others, that produce HR analytics. You need to go on their site or find their case studies online to find out which companies are using their tools for HR – such as one of the company is Sisco (I will send that attachment which I found) – you need to write the findings based on the success story (such as what they experience, how the company use for example IBM products relating to HR tools, what profit are they making etc). In other words, how are companies benefiting from using these vendors products. Give 3 company examples, Sisco is one and find another two. As well as the success story, you need to find the limitations of the success story to look at both sides and keep the argument balanced. These limitations can be found through whitepaper case studies. Do not go into the mathematics side of things, just address the success from companies that use them and it’s limitations. 550/650 words max. After discussion, you have to mention the manager implications, what managers have to be aware of regarding the strengths and weaknesses as discussed in your discussion section relating to your ideas and framework, and second section companies that benefit from using HR tool from vendors . Do mention here that some HR tools provide you the solutions but do not always solve the problem and explain on this comment. 250/300 words max Conclusion – summary of main findings of the essay and introduce future topic to discuss in future at the end. 300words max Do not exceed word count of 5,500 words. Keep references at 8. If you want to use more to back up your points you can do so. You must use Vendors, you can also use LinkedIn, HR journals and management journals as well as financial times and economics and McKinsey quarterly report. Only academic sources.
