Project description Create a genogram on a friend. Sources must be no more than 5 years old. Explain how a genogram is developed and the benefits/uses of a genogram. Interview a member of the family for which a genogram is being created. If the format of the genogram requires a table to elaborate on information, make certain that the table is included. Analyze the genogram and identify the areas that demonstrate a health risk to the primary person in the genogram (you or your friend). Provide rationale for determining health risk using professional resources.Collect relevant and problem-specific health history information utilizing interviewing skills that are appropriate to the developmental, educational, psychological, and cultural characteristics of clients. Analyze the findings of health assessments and health screening to differentiate normal from abnormal findings.
