Organizational Analysis Interview Report Synthesizing what you learn in this course with connections you can make through a strategic professional interview, produce a report analyzing an organization?s human resources and organizational development functions and systems. Your report does not have to analyze the organization where your interviewee works. You may analyze a separate organization so long as the interviewee?s situation, context, and principles are similar. Interview Interview a professional working in the field of Human Resources or organizational development. Assimilate and apply concepts and contexts from the course material to the conversation as well as using the conversation to guide your synthesis and mastery of course concepts and skills. Is this organization implementing best practices in HR management and organizational development? ? How is HR management and organizational development changing? ? In what ways does technology have an impact in this area? ? What improvements should our firm be making in this discipline? Report Including direct connections to what you learned from the interview, further analyze the employment systems and human resource management practices of an organization of your choice. Submit your final 5- to 6-page analysis by the end of Week 6. Your report will be graded based on the following criteria, which also serve as a recommended outline for your report.
