Building on the findings of your literature review, you need to refine your research question(s), design a study, acquire some data to investigate the question, and analyze the data in order to answer the question. The course website will give you access to some quantitative data and links and suggestions regarding other data sources. Both the draft and the final paper should follow the same general outline below, but be tailored to your research questions. The difference is that the draft does not need to be formulated in full sentences throughout the paper, but it must include clearly formulated hypotheses and attempts to test these hypotheses, with some (preliminary) results. The literature review, possibly with some improvements, is part of the draft. Other sections of your draft will also be improved by incorporating sources. An alphabetized bibliography needs to accompany your draft.
