Therefore, faculty student would be aware of the creative improvements in the true world so they might be better to be ready for whole-time work. To support this practice universities are promoting creativity as a mean for student to be well prepared for life after graduation. This essay will examine several different parts of business that university students might be working for full-time employment after graduation. This essay will focus on management and marketing and how each area promotes originality. Lastly, it will provide one example in each area that demonstrate how students could be successful in their studies and be qualified to graduate full-time employment. Management is a significant aspect of business where university students can use their creative skills to be successful in their future employment. Management involves planning, controlling, staffing, and organization in a company or organization. However, management has gone through a metamorphosis from the old-age mentality of coordinating and controlling of subordinates (Chandra, 2002). This illustrates that, students should use their thinking creatively and control their lives to go approach and achieve high levels of success to graduate full-time employment. Promotion of creativity, originality, ingenuity, and resourcefulness may be achieved by management through implementation of certain acts and practices (Drucker & Maciariello, 2008). This means that the source of creativity for students is to manage their responsibilities and time to guarantee full-time employment upon the completion of their university studies. Marketing can be a tool that, when coupled with ingenuity and creativity, that students can be able to use to produce success in their future occupation. In order for marketing to be successful, it should be multi-faceted, implemented consistently over time, and realistic (Pride, & Ferrell, 2008). This examines that in order to bring success to university students during their studies, they should be aware of market requirements to improve their knowledge and skills creatively to guarantee success and full-time employment. It has become difficult to distinguish cool technology from great marketing (Pride et al., 2011). This means students should work creatively on their skills to be able to achieve the priority in the market and guarantee success. In conclusion, this essay has examined two different important aspects that students can use to guarantee success in future career which are management and marketing, in addition, providing one example in each area. Creative management guides to achieve high levels of accomplishment for students in the life of business by providing their innovative skills and knowledge.
